Day-of Wedding and Event Coordination
Our day-of wedding and event services are perfect for making your special day run exactly how you envision it. We will manage your vendors arrival & set up, in addition we will make sure that you have everything you need to have peaceful and memorable day.
Day-of Coordination options along with our venue's staff will help make your proceedings run seamlessly and enjoyably.
The Gold Dust Package (Ceremony Only)
Use of Ceremony Space for 3 hours (must be between the hours of 10am-3pm)

Below you’ll find some frequently asked questions we receive from many of our clients. We’ve tried to answer all of your questions and concerns, but please get in touch if you still can’t find what you’re looking for. One of our staff members will be sure to help you out.
We require strict dietary restrictions for our menu. Will you still be able to cater our wedding?
If you have a dietary restriction(s) we will work with our vendors to accommodate your needs. In the event that our vendors cannot accommodate your dietary needs, we will broaden our vendor list or you can use an outside vendor of your choosing.
What if I just want to use your venue space and plan everything on my own?
That's no problem at all! Our quartz package is for couples that want to handpick every aspect of their big day. We have a preferred vendor list if you'd like to utilize it or you can have any outside vendor of your choosing.
Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?
Yes! When we had our 1st wedding at Banner Ranch, the ceremony had 18 people and the reception had 40 people. It was a romantic and beautiful setting for all who attended. Contact us today to find out how we can make your intimate wedding unforgettable.
I really like the gold package but I want to use my own caterers and wedding favors. Can you accommodate that?
Of course! We want our couples to have the wedding day of their dreams. This very reason is why we allow outside vendors and can customize any of our packages to your needs. We believe you shouldn't have to pay for something you don't want.
Do you have a video of the property that I can see before driving up to Julian?

How much is required at contract signing?
50% of the total cost is required at contract signing to hold your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding date. We also allow our couples to make payments after initial deposit as well.
